Hey there! I'm Arya Bietz, a 15 year-old with a great passion for everything to do with construction. Bietz Development is more than just a future construction company—it's the realization of a lifelong dream. My goal is to create a company that stands for quality, integrity and innovation in every project. Though I'm still in the learning phase of the goal to create a Texas-wide company, I'm committed to building a solid foundation that will support a successful, customer-focussed business.

My goal is to own and operate a construction company of my own making. Though this is an ambitious goal for a teenager, I've already begun to take the steps to make this dream come true. I'm focussing on my studies, especially math and science and am always eager to learn more about the construction industry, both in school and outside of it. I help out with household projects and learn from different courses, articles and internships to allow myself to gain a well rounded and hands-on experience within the industry. I believe there is lots of room for more women in construction and am extremely excited to become part of that change.
