My Story

Hey there! I'm Arya Bietz, a 16 year-old with a great passion for everything to do with construction. Bietz Development is more than just a future construction company; it's the realization of a lifelong dream. I first fell in love with construction during the COVID-19 pandemic. My first time getting the virus was when I was 10 years old; I had no idea what to do for the next two weeks of quarantine. A few days into the first week, I began to gain an interest in building and built a small birdhouse for my backyard. Seeing the birds create a home and little "bird memories" in their new home warmed my heart, sparking my love for construction. My goal is to create a company that stands for quality, integrity, and innovation in every project. Though I'm still in the learning phase of the goal to create a Texas-wide company, I'm committed to building a solid foundation that will support a successful, customer-focused business.

My goal is to own and operate a construction company of my own making. Though this is an ambitious goal for a teenager, I've already begun to take the steps to make this dream come true. I'm focusing on my studies, especially math and science, and am always eager to learn more about the construction industry, both in school and outside of it. I help out with household projects and learn from different courses, articles, and internships to allow myself to gain a well-rounded and hands-on experience within the industry. I believe there is lots of room for more women in construction and am extremely excited to become part of that change.
